Do you deliver?

Yes we would be happy to deliver your e-bike(s) directly to you. We know that sometimes transporting your own bikes, or spending the time to go to a shop can take away valuable time or create unnecessary headaches. We charge a $35 delivery fee for the first bike and $15 for every additional bike on your order.

What is included in my rental?

All Good Times Supply e-bike rentals include the bike, a helmet, dedicated staff and insider knowledge to supply you with Good Times.

What happens if I return the bikes late?

We understand things happen. However we also want to make sure that late returns don't impair anyone else's Good Times rental. So please call us immediately if you believe you will be returning outside of your designated return window. All late returns outside of the window will incur additional daily rental rates until returned.

What size bike do I need?

Our bikes are designed to fit most riders from 5'0" to 6'3" and do have options for riders up to 375lbs in our Rad Wagon and below 5'0" in the Rad City. For bikes outside of the 5'-6'3" please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

Can I ride my E-bike anywhere?

Your e-bikes are designed to go on pavement, gravel roads or dirt roads. They are not designed for downhill, off road, or to be submerged in water. Bike battery power and distance will depend on the size and weight of the rider and gear. For going up to the Going to the Sun Road we suggest renting an additional battery.

What happens if I lost my lock code?

Do you offer weekly or monthly rental rates?

We do offer discounts for weekly and monthly rates. Weekly discounts are 35% off your total purchase and Monthly rates are 50% off our daily rates when available.
